Can I request a refund on a purchase ?

All sales are Final and Non-Refundable except in the following 2 cases within 90 days of purchase date:

Custom Vids: If you do not get your Custom Vid - If your order has exceeded the due-date, you can email help@manyvids.com and we would be happy to contact the MV Star on your behalf and if unfulfilled, a refund will be issued.

Store Items: If you do not get your store item purchase -First verify the delivery date (*MV Stars have 30 days from the order date to fulfill the order.). If your order has exceeded the due-date you can email help@manyvids.com and we would be happy to contact the MV Star on your behalf and if unfulfilled, a refund will be issued. Vids: If a vid is corrupt/broken, a test will be done and if there are issues with the vid, an exchange of content from the same model will be offered.

 

Other Non-Receive Purchases:

Vids: All vids are final sale and non-refundable If your downloaded vid is broken/corrupt, we will contact the seller on your behalf for a replacement vid. If they fail to replace the vid, a credit of equal or lesser value will be applied within 30 days.

Contest Votes, Fund Me, Tips: All contest votes, Fund Me donations and Tips are voluntary donations and cannot be refunded or deducted from an MV Stars earnings. If an MV Star has promised an incentive in exchange for this voluntary donation, she is liable to fulfill the purchase. If you do not get your incentive, you can message the MV Star through the PM by clicking on the envelope at the top-right of the page. If she does not respond, you can email help@manyvids.com and we would be happy to send her a courtesy reminder.

Tokens: Tokens are voluntary tips given to a performer during her MV Live show. Tips are non-refundable and cannot be deducted from an MV Star’s earnings. If an MV Star has promised an incentive in exchange for tokens, you must contact her directly to discuss the purchase.

    Looks like I was charged 3 times for the same video. Since all sales are final, can I get an exchange of content for the other 2 purchases of the same video
