★ I didn't receive my Store Item yet, what do I do?

Stars have 30 days from the purchase date to send Store Items orders. 

If you purchased a Store Item and it's passed the due date, we encourage you to contact the MV Star directly.


If there is no contact from the MV Star, please contact our support team help@manyvids.com and provide us with the MV Star's username, and if possible Sales ID. We will reach out to the respective MV Star to assure that you receive what you have paid for.

If the MV Star is unable to fulfill the order after the reminder and due date, we will do everything we can to help you out!

    Please help. 30 days is crazy. I purchase a video from Youthlust (Andie's Porn Audition) and it never appeared in my purchased list.

    Help purchased a custom vid from daddy_daycare not quite 30 days ago, It shows up in my purchase history as delivered but unable to find link to down load.
    Been in touch with her to resend but will not resend my video.
    In my opinion she did not make the video and signed off as delivered.

    I have been a member here for Three years and this is the first time I have run into a issue getting a video.
    I love this site and most of the models and have spend a lot of money
    on videos and custom videos.
    I hope we can find resolution to this problem.
