★ I didn't receive my Store Item yet, what do I do?

Stars have 30 days from the purchase date to send Store Items orders. 

If you purchased a Store Item and it's passed the due date, we encourage you to contact the MV Star directly.

If there is no contact from the MV Star, please contact our support team and provide us with the MV Star's username, and if possible Sales ID. We will reach out to the respective MV Star to assure that you receive what you have paid for.

If the MV Star is unable to fulfill the order after the reminder and due date, we will do everything we can to help you out!
